XEN Powers Digital Transformation for Capital Business Funding

Through this partnership, Capital Business Funding's origination and underwriting process is now fully streamlined and digital, replacing manual workflows across disconnected tools.

Capital Business Funding, a factor and asset-based lender for over 20 years, launched on the XEN platform to manage its front-end operations.

Through this partnership, Capital Business Funding’s origination and underwriting process is now fully streamlined and digital, replacing manual workflows across disconnected tools. On XEN, Capital Business Funding manages prospect intake of applications and supporting documents, conducts background checks and credit pulls, and sends all agreements for e-signature to close a new client.

“As our business continues to scale, we knew choosing the right partner to power our digital transformation was critical,” Vincent Rees, CEO of Capital Business Funding, said. “XEN is that partner: their platform has exceeded our goals of driving internal efficiency, and the experience our prospects get on XEN sets up client relationships for success. That XEN also offers factoring software as part of their end-to-end platform only makes us more excited about the possibilities ahead.”

Alexander Kayfetz-Gaum, senior vice president at XEN, said, “We are thrilled to partner with Capital Business Funding and support their next phase of growth. From our first conversation, it was clear that the Capital Business Funding team was committed to enhancing their operations through best-in-class solutions. With XEN, they get just that, without having to manage multiple systems and vendors. This partnership is a testament to what’s possible when the right technology meets a team that’s ready to evolve.”
