Austin Financial Services (AFS) added Todd Witmer as senior vice president, BDO for the Midwest Region.

In this role, he will spearhead the company’s business development efforts across the Midwest, delivering innovative asset-based lending solutions in the $1 million to $20 million deal market to support private equity, owner-operated, high-growth, turnaround and other complex refinancing opportunities.

Witmer brings over 35 years of experience in asset-based and commercial lending, capital markets and business development across the U.S., Canada and Europe. “We’re thrilled to welcome Todd Witmer to the AFS team,” Jason Anish, president and CEO of AFS, said. “Todd’s deep expertise in asset-based lending and his proven ability to structure complex transactions will be invaluable as we expand our presence in the Midwest and continue supporting our referral sources and clients’ success.”
