Wissink and Cowie Join Paladin in Leadership Roles

Paladin added two experienced leaders to its team. Jeffrey J. Wissink has joined the firm as partner, specializing in performance improvement, and Andrew Cowie has been named managing director, specializing in all aspects of restructuring and organizational transformations.

Paladin added two experienced leaders to its team. Jeffrey J. Wissink has joined the firm as partner, specializing in performance improvement, and Andrew Cowie has been named managing director, specializing in all aspects of restructuring and organizational transformations.

A seasoned performance improvement expert, Wissink brings more than three decades of experience to his role at Paladin, helping organizations transform businesses by streamlining operations, improving processes, increasing revenues and reducing costs. His background also includes support for M&A growth strategies, including operations/IT due diligence, carve-outs, merger planning and post-merger integration. Wissink is based in Chicago, serving clients globally.

Wissink works closely with leadership teams to design and implement practical, scalable solutions across a variety of industries, delivering actionable strategies that drive measurable profit impact.

Cowie is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience providing in and out-of-court financial restructuring advisory and crisis management services to clients. He has worked across a broad range of industries including entertainment and media, retail and consumer and infrastructure and energy in providing value added leadership to address complex business challenges. Cowie is based in New York, serving clients globally.

Cowie is known for his ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable strategies that drive value. He partners closely with clients to address immediate liquidity and profitability concerns while crafting and executing comprehensive turnaround plans for long-term success.
