Horine is a seasoned industry veteran with over 25 years of restructuring and turnaround experience. He has held executive operating and principal roles for companies across a variety of industries. He joined the Winter Harbor team in 2017.

Vara joined Winter Harbor in 2018, and has been involved with several refinancing, turnaround, and wind-down transactions since joining Winter Harbor.
