Wingspire Capital provided a $50 million senior secured revolving line of credit to SG Credit Partners to support the company’s growth trajectory.

SG Credit Partners’ credit lending platform is focused on serving lower middle-market entrepreneurs and can structure senior and junior debt transactions based on cash flow, working capital assets, equipment, real estate, intangibles and personal assets individually or in a hybrid structure.

“Partnering with the creative and experienced Wingspire team provides us with additional flexible capital that will assist us in maintaining our momentum toward being the lender of choice for the non-bank lower middle market,” Marc Cole, CEO of SG Credit Partners, said.

“We are pleased to support SG and their respected team of lending professionals, many of whom we have known for over 20 years. This team has a successful track record, and we are proud to have been selected to play a role in their growth story,” John Rosin, president and COO of Wingspire Capital, said.
