Wingspire Capital and Piney Lake Capital Management provided a unitranche senior credit facility to Acousti Engineering Company, a non-residential constructor subcontractor based in Florida that operates across the Southeast, focusing on acoustical ceilings, flooring and drywall. The company has a history dating back to 1946 and operates across a range of end markets and industries, including education, healthcare and transportation.
Acousti Engineering Company, which is majority owned by global investment firm Ardian, is using the proceeds of the facility from Wingspire and Piney Lake to refinance existing indebtedness in order to generate additional liquidity and propel the company to its next chapter of growth and profitability.
