Dropbox entered into a credit and guaranty agreement for a secured term loan facility in an aggregate principal amount of up to $2 billion, consisting of initial term loans in an aggregate principal amount of up to $1 billion and delayed draw term loans in an aggregate principal amount of up to $1 billion. The facility was led and substantially provided by Blackstone Credit & Insurance, which served as lead arranger and lead structuring agent.
