Tim Wielechowski has joined Lazard’s Middle Market Consumer, Food & Retail group as managing director. He is based in Charlotte, NC.
Wielechowski has more than two decades of experience advising middle market private and public companies in the consumer products, retail, and restaurant sectors.
“Tim is a seasoned consumer banker and well-regarded M&A professional. Prior to joining Lazard, Wielechowski was a managing director and led the middle market consumer and retail M&A effort at Wells Fargo Securities. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Equity Private Placements Group at Deutsche Bank Securities and practiced corporate law at Kirkland & Ellis.
