WesBanco, First Sentry Receive Regulatory Approval for Merger

WesBanco, the holding company of WesBanco Bank, received all necessary regulatory approvals for its merger with First Sentry Bancshares.

The shareholders of First Sentry also approved the merger agreement, pursuant to which First Sentry will merge with and into WesBanco.

Closing for the merger is expected to occur in Q2/18, subject to customary closing conditions.
