Global business advisor EisnerAmper added Raymond J. Werth as a corporate tax partner.
With more than 25 years of public accounting experience, Werth advises public and private companies on complex corporate tax matters. He focuses on corporate, partnership and S corporation taxation, with significant experience in ASC 740 accounting for income taxes and uncertain tax positions.
Werth will be advising clients on domestic and international tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, tax optimization strategies for flow-through entities and foreign tax analysis. He has deep experience serving sectors such as technology, manufacturing, professional services and retail, as well as cloud-based organizations ranging from startups to multibillion-dollar organizations.
Werth has a BS in accounting from West Chester University and an MS in taxation from Villanova University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
