Utica Equipment Finance completed an $8.78 million capital lease secured by audio, visual and lighting equipment for a multi-location production company.
Through the transaction, Utica Equipment Finance provided capital for the client to acquire four audio, lighting and production companies that have 85 years of combined experience. Upon completion of these acquisitions, the client will become a fully integrated production company.
