US Capital Global acted as exclusive financial advisor to B2B blockchain solutions company Ambisafe Group on the latter’s capital formation.
Ambisafe facilitates the issuance of blockchain-based digital assets to both individuals and businesses through its decentralized platform for primary issuance and secondary market trading of digital asset securities.
