Twin Brook served as administrative agent on debt financing to support NMS Capital-backed Flourish Research’s dividend recapitalization and add-on acquisitions of Clinical Research Associates and AMC Research, both of which are clinical research sites.
Twin Brook also served as joint lead arranger on debt financing to support Rotunda Capital Partners-backed American Equipment Holdings’ refinancing and add-on acquisition of Ashley Sling, a specialty manufacturer and distributor of below-the-hook lifting devices, providing customers with products, services and goods in the wire rope and rigging industry.
