Three Pennsylvania-based business and mergers and acquisitions experts launched TwelveDawn Mergers & Acquisitions, a mid-sized financial and strategic consulting firm focused on owners seeking to create an exit for their going concerns. TwelveDawn will specialize in selling companies and preparing companies for future sale through business optimization engagements.
