David K. Golbahar joined Brandlin & Associates as a director. Golbahar will be based in Los Angeles but serve clients and conduct business development nationwide.
A forensic accountant, expert witness and turnaround consultant with more than 10 years of experience, he will focus on fraud investigations, damage calculations, restructurings and turnarounds for shareholders, creditors and attorneys.

Golbahar began his accounting career at KPMG, then worked for Navigant Consulting before founding Golbahar Consulting Group. He served as controller, vice president of Finance for a medical staffing company and co-founded a consumer products company.
Brandlin & Associates provides financial workouts and restructurings, forensic accounting, financial due diligence and litigation support for senior lenders, mezzanine funds, private equity groups, attorneys and middle market companies.
