Tree Line Capital Partners provided a first lien term loan and equity co-investment to support EMEX’s investment in and strategic alliance with Patriot Energy Group. EMEX is a portfolio company of O2 Investment Partners. Ocean Avenue Capital Partners also made an equity investment in the Company.
EMEX is a technology-driven service provider that uses proprietary software to facilitate the brokerage of electricity and natural gas procurement in regulated and deregulated markets across the U.S.
Patriot Energy Group is a retail electricity and natural gas management firms that operates in all competitive markets throughout the U.S.
