TradeCap Partners, a provider of purchase order funding, closed a $500,000 purchase order finance facility for a supplier of technology-driven safety products serving the material handling equipment industry.

TradeCap was introduced to the company by a Texas-based community bank that recognized the need for a flexible working capital solution to support the company’s growing volume of customer orders.

The facility provides funding for 100% of the direct cost of goods, including related freight and duties, enabling the company to procure inventory from both domestic and international suppliers. TradeCap’s solution includes cash-in-advance funding for domestic purchases and payment-against-documents financing for internationally sourced goods, providing the liquidity necessary to support the company’s supply chain and fulfillment requirements.

The additional working capital will allow the company to execute on a growing pipeline of new orders while strengthening relationships with existing customers as they deploy safety solutions across multiple warehouse and facility locations.
