Tower Partners, a private investment bank and advisory firm serving the middle market, announced that Lloyd Bramble has joined the firm as vice president, Government Services.
In the role, Bramble will provide operational insights and advise government services, technology, aerospace and defense companies on mergers and acquisitions, strategic growth initiatives, capital raising, and value creation strategies. He has advised companies through a range of strategic transactions, including sell-side and buy-side engagements, capital formation initiatives, and strategic planning efforts.
“Lloyd’s deep transaction experience and knowledge of the government contracting market make him a strong addition to our growing Government Services practice and we are thrilled to have him on board,” Erv Terwilliger, CEO of Tower Partners, said. “His expertise will strengthen our ability to deliver the sophisticated strategic and transaction advice to our Government Services clients.”
Before joining Tower Partners, Bramble served as an M&A advisor at Arnovia and held investment banking positions with The Chertoff Group and KippsDeSanto & Co., where he advised government services, aerospace, defense and technology businesses. He also held commercial banking roles at Wells Fargo, developing expertise in relationship management, financial analysis and growth-oriented financing solutions.
Bramble’s work spans the full transaction lifecycle, from strategic planning and preparation through execution and close.
“We are building a team that can serve Government Services companies throughout their growth journey and Lloyd brings exactly the combination of transaction expertise, industry knowledge, and practical perspective that our clients expect,” Mark McLindon, managing director and head of Government Services at Tower Partners, said.
Bramble’s hiring builds on Tower Partners’ expansion earlier this year into the Government Services sector through its acquisition of Beach Mill Partners, a Washington, D.C.-based growth advisory and M&A firm. The transaction brought in McLindon to lead and scale the firm’s practice.
