Tiger Group Sale Features Surplus Rolling Stock and Equipment

Bidding opened on June 23 in the online auction of trucks, buses and other assets surplus to the ongoing operations of Cummins.

Tiger Group will offer surplus rolling stock and other equipment from global power company Cummins in an online auction opening on June 23 and closing on June 30.

Surplus to the ongoing operations of Columbus-based Cummins, the assets include tractor trucks, box trucks, school buses, a recreational vehicle and a generator. Freightliner, International, Peterbilt, Blue Bird, Country Coach and Spartan Motors are among the represented manufacturers.

The assets are located in California, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, South Carolina and Texas.

“Tiger is very pleased to have been selected by Cummins to sell these surplus assets,” Jonathan Holiday, senior director of Tiger Commercial & Industrial, said. “This is an excellent opportunity to bid on rolling stock and generator sets at Cummins locations across the U.S. There will be multiple auctions, so please stay tuned to SoldTiger.com for upcoming sale dates.”

The timed online auction at SoldTiger.com opens on Tuesday, June 23, at 10 a.m. (CT) and closes on Tuesday, June 30, at 10 a.m. (CT).

Available at auction are:

  • Tractor trucks from 1999 to 2019 by Freightliner, International and Peterbilt
  • Medium-duty Freightliner trucks
  • Buses by Blue Bird and Spartan Motors
  • Country Coach motorhome
  • Onan generator
