David B. Tatge, a law firm focused on factoring, asset based lending and other trade finance, commercial law and business litigation, opened in Oak Hill, VA, outside Washington, D.C.
The firm will be led by David Tatge, who spent the past 19 years as an equity shareholder in the Washington, D.C. office of Epstein Becker & Green.
Tatge is lead author of American Factoring Law and the writer of numerous articles. He is a member of the Virginia and the District of Columbia Bars and has appeared in courts and represented clients in legal matters nationwide, as well as internationally.
