During the upcoming 15th Annual Philadelphia Credit & Restructuring Summit, Paul Shur of Becker & Poliakoff will moderate a panel that will examine how different lenders see transactions differently. Shur spoke with ABF Journal to provide a quick preview of the panel.

The 12th Annual Philadelphia Credit & Restructuring Summit returned to its usual March scheduling, but that doesn’t mean everything was the same old, same old.
