The conference also will feature three education sessions, including a lender’s panel led by Paul Shur, a shareholder of Becker & Poliakoff; a turnaround panel led by Neil Gupta, a managing director at SSG Capital Advisors; and the event’s regular “Views from the Bench” panel, which will once again be moderated by Marck Indelicato, a partner at Thompson Coburn.
In addition to the panels, the conference will feature several networking breaks as well as a cocktail reception to conclude the day.
