Virtus Investment Partners completed the refinancing of its existing credit agreement with a $275 million term loan and $175 million revolving credit facility. Morgan Stanley arranged the term loan as the lead arranger and bookrunner and the credit facility as lead arranger and administrative agent.

CCC Intelligent Solutions completed the refinancing of its existing secured credit facility with a new credit agreement. Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Jefferies Finance and Morgan Stanley acted as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners for the facility.

Citizens Bank Acquires 80 East Coast Branches, National Online Deposit Business of HSBC

Citizens Bank entered into an agreement to acquire 80 East Coast branches from HSBC Bank as well as HSBC’s national online deposit business. Under the agreement, Citizens will acquire approximately $9 billion in deposits and approximately $2.2 billion in loans.
