H.I.G. Capital Completes Sale of Riveron to Kohlberg

H.I.G. Capital, a global alternative investment firm with $57 billion of capital under management, completed the sale of its portfolio company Riveron to affiliates of Kohlberg & Company. H.I.G. will continue its partnership with Riveron through a minority investment. The sale was first announced in June.

Deerfield Healthcare Technology Acquisitions closed its business combination with CareMax Medical Group and IMC Medical Group Holdings. The combination was partially funded by $125 million in financing from a $185 million credit facility from RBC Capital Markets and Truist Securities.

McDermott Appoints Fennessy and Radia as Partners

International law firm McDermott Will & Emery appointed Mark Fennessy and Sunay Radia to partners in its global transactions practice based in London. Fennessy will serve as head of UK restructuring and both individuals will focus on restructuring and insolvency matters.
