Ted Pick and Andy Saperstein have been named co-presidents of Morgan Stanley. Jonathan Pruzan will become COO, Sharon Yeshaya will replace Pruzan as CFO, Shelley O’Connor will become a vice chairman and head of external affairs, and Mike Pizzi will become head of U.S. banks at Morgan Stanley.

A subsidiary of Ares Management entered into a definitive agreement with a subsidiary of BrightSphere Investment Group and Landmark Investment Holdings to acquire 100% of Landmark Partners. The transaction is valued at $1.08 billion.

Women, BIPOC Employees Significantly Trail in Equity Compensation at Private Companies

According to a report from Morgan Stanley, 41% of women reported participation in equity compensation plans compared with 52% of men. In addition, 12% of BIPOC employees reported participation in equity compensation programs compared with 42% of white employees.
