ABI Elects Kapila President, Ward President-Elect

The American Bankruptcy Institute elected Soneet R. Kapila of KapilaMukamal president for a one-year term. In addition, Christopher A. Ward of Polsinelli, who was formerly ABI vice president of development, was named president-elect.

ABI Names Houser President, Reynolds President-Elect

The American Bankruptcy Institute selected Chief Bankruptcy Judge Barbara J. Houser as president of the board of directors for a one-year term. In addition to Houser’s appointment, Robert P. Reynolds was named president-elect and will become president in April 2021.
