Susser Bank continues to expand its Dallas commercial banking team with the addition of Meredith Worley as senior vice president, relationship manager and Conner Heil as vice president, relationship manager.

“The Dallas-Fort Worth region continues to attract businesses, investment and talent at an extraordinary pace,” Carl Cravens, president and chief banking officer of Susser Bank, said. “As the market evolves, business owners need experienced advisors who understand both the opportunities and challenges that come with growth. Meredith and Conner bring strong banking expertise, deep knowledge of the North Texas market and a shared commitment to serving clients for the long term.”

Worley brings more than 15 years of middle-market banking experience working with privately held businesses and business owners across North Texas. Her background includes commercial lending, sponsor lending, asset-based lending and relationship management.

“Successful banking starts with understanding what matters most to a client and helping them execute on their goals,” Worley said. “Susser Bank’s entrepreneurial culture, local decision-making and commitment to relationship banking create a strong platform for serving growing businesses across North Texas.”

Heil brings nearly a decade of experience spanning commercial banking, credit underwriting and loan review. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with companies across a variety of industries, helping clients navigate financing decisions and opportunities for growth.

Prior to joining Susser Bank, Heil advanced through several key banking roles, including corporate banker, commercial credit underwriting team lead and senior commercial credit underwriter.

“North Texas remains one of the most attractive markets in the country for business growth,” Cravens said. “We’re building a team with the experience, judgment and local market knowledge needed to help our clients capitalize on the opportunities ahead.”
