SureLine Capital Partners with XEN to Power Origination and Underwriting

Since launching on XEN earlier this year, the SureLine team works from a single platform flexible enough to support its full range of financing options, with deals originating through SureLine’s website, its team members and multiple referral partners.

XEN, an origination and management platform for factors and lenders, partnered with SureLine Capital, a Utah-based factor serving clients nationwide, which now manages all front-end operations on the XEN platform.

Since launching on XEN earlier this year, the SureLine team works from a single platform flexible enough to support its full range of financing options, with deals originating through SureLine’s website, its team members and multiple referral partners.

SureLine runs dedicated workflows for both general and transportation factoring deals on XEN, using the platform to manage applications and supporting documents, track progress from tailored checklists and send documents like proposals and factoring agreements for e-signature. Due diligence is also centralized through XEN’s integrated partner network instead of fragmented across systems.

“For years we relied on spreadsheets and manual steps, piecing each deal together by hand,” Clint Weston, founder and CEO of SureLine Capital, said. “Getting onto XEN changed that overnight, with one system that keeps every deal moving forward. Our team spends less time chasing paperwork and more time building client relationships and winning more deals.”

SureLine’s personalized service model is built on tailoring solutions to each prospect, and that same approach shaped how the team configured XEN to fit their multiple lines of business and intake channels.

“SureLine came to us looking to streamline how they run different types of factoring deals that reach them through different front doors,” Alexander Kayfetz-Gaum, senior vice president at XEN, said. “With most platforms, a team like that has to choose: either the system bends to how they work, or every deal follows the same path. XEN gives them both, and seeing SureLine move faster and win more is what makes this partnership so rewarding.”
