Stellus Capital Management’s affiliates provided senior debt financing and an equity co-investment in support of Bernhard Capital Partners’ acquisition of Revenew International, a provider of contract compliance, profit recovery and performance consulting services across the utility, energy, manufacturing, mining, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
