Starlab Space closed a credit facility led by Texas Capital. The company expects fundings drawn under the facility to support Starlab’s continued progress across its development plan, including long-lead investments aligned with program needs, and for general working capital.
“Our credit facility strengthens our financial flexibility, providing disciplined access to capital as we advance the program on schedule,” Marshall Smith, CEO of Starlab, said.
Effectiveness of the commitments and availability of funds under the credit facility are subject to the terms of the credit agreement.
