SSG Capital Advisors (SSG) served as the investment banker to Vegamour in the sale of substantially all assets to Belle Brands, a portfolio company of Windsong Global. The transaction closed in September 2026.

For more than a decade, Vegamour has helped define the premium hair wellness category. After a period of rapid growth, sales declined from peak levels amid management changes and shifting strategic priorities. The company sought a new financial or strategic investor that could strengthen its market position and provide adequate liquidity to support its long-term growth initiatives.
SSG was retained in May 2026 to explore strategic alternatives, including a sale of the business. Leveraging its extensive consumer products and beauty industry experience, SSG positioned Vegamour’s differentiated brand and product portfolio to a targeted group of strategic and financial investors. SSG’s marketing process generated significant interest and multiple offers for the business. The company ultimately pursued a sale of substantially all assets to Belle Brands, a portfolio company of Windsong Global. SSG’s special situations expertise in managing complex stakeholder dynamics enabled the company to maximize the value of its assets within an expedited timeframe. The sale provides a path for the Vegamour brand to continue under new ownership and pursue its next phase of growth.
Belle Brands is a multi-brand beauty platform formed by Windsong Global to acquire and scale consumer beauty brands. Windsong Global is a private investment firm focused on the branded consumer sector.
