SLR Healthcare ABL Expands Business Development Team

The firm has added Morgan Hansen and Leila Pahlavan as Directors focused on new deal originations in the Southeast and Southwest regions, respectively.

SLR Healthcare ABL has announced the addition of two new Directors to its business development team: Morgan Hansen and Leila Pahlavan. Hansen will be leading new deal originations in the Southeast region while Pahlavan will focus on new deal originations in the Southwest.

Hansen has over ten years of asset-based lending experience in both underwriting and originations. Prior to joining SLR Healthcare ABL, she was Vice President, Regional Sales Manager for Bayview Funding. Hansen is an active member of several industry professional organizations, serving as the President of the Secured Finance Network Atlanta Chapter Emerging Leaders from 2020-2023 and currently as Vice President of the Secured Finance Network Atlanta Chapter. She also currently serves as the President of the Turnaround Management Association NextGen Atlanta Chapter.

Pahlavan brings over 16 years of experience in commercial banking focused primarily on new business generation and portfolio management. Most recently, she was a Vice President, Business Development Officer in Healthcare at Citibank. Pahlavan is also actively involved in the Association for Corporate Growth, Secured Finance Network, and the Turnaround Management Association.

SLR Healthcare ABL provides asset-based financing solutions to healthcare providers throughout the United States, offering revolving lines of credit, senior term loans, and real estate loans from $2 million to $40 million. The company is a portfolio company of SLR Investment Corp. (NASDAQ: SLRC).
