SLR Business Credit (SLRBC) provided a new asset-based revolving credit facility to Certified Organic Direct (COD), an organic and clean ingredients sourcing agent serving the food manufacturing and food service industries.

This revolving credit facility, which refinances an existing ABL facility, provides additional availability and lower financing costs in support of COD’s growth initiatives.

“SLR has been instrumental in expanding our capabilities and enhancing the way we do business,” Nicole Newsom, CEO of COD, said. “Their support has enabled us to reach new clients, strengthen relationships with existing partners and streamline operations in ways that directly contribute to our growth. By helping us save on interest and improve financial efficiency, SLRBC has proven to be not just a service provider, but a trusted and valuable partner committed to our long-term success.”

Jan Ibey, senior vice president at SLR Business Credit, added, “COD truly cares about wellness by delivering better-for-you ingredients. By partnering with COD, we can help them reach their goals by supporting their next phase of growth with a flexible, cost-effective financing solution. That is what SLR is all about.”
