Siena Lending Group, a provider of asset-based lending solutions, acted as the sole left lead arranger, alongside its partner, Benefit Street Partners in the closing of a $100 million senior secured credit facility for a consumer-branded company. The company is a market leader in designing, developing and marketing retail cosmetics and beauty products to big box retailers including Target, Walmart, Amazon and Costco.
