SG Credit Partners closed a $1 million second lien bridge loan for a privately-held registered investment advisor that provides wealth, asset and business management services to high net-worth individuals and families.
The company was experiencing growth in assets under management and needed financial and operational support to continue to scale the business. The capital will allow the company to continue to add AUM and give it time to improve enterprise value ahead of a transaction.
SG closed the transaction in fewer than 10 days after the signed term sheet.
