Pinnacle Bank, headquartered in Gilroy, CA, appointed Mark Roach as executive vice president, senior lending officer.

Roach has professionally served the Silicon Valley market for many years and has deep roots in community banking. Roach will partner with the regional presidents and relationship managers in support of their efforts to service existing lending clients as well as lead the evaluation of new lending opportunities.

Roach has over 30 years of banking experience in commercial lending and credit risk management. He has proven expertise in evaluating complex credit requests, managing largescale portfolios and ensuring rigorous adherence to regulatory and bank policies. Before joining Pinnacle Bank, Roach was the chief banking officer for Community Bank of the Bay. Roach will be based out of the bank’s Campbell office and report directly to Dennett.
