Republic Business Credit promoted Bruce Sarver to senior vice president, portfolio manager of its asset-based lending team. Sarver will report directly to Matthew Begley, Republic’s chief operating officer.

Sarver began his career in the secured finance and lending field in 2013 as an underwriter. Over the years, he has supported Republic’s credit committee across both the factoring and asset-based lending teams, excelling in client management, client service and underwriting.

Most recently, Sarver served as senior vice president, relationship manager for the ABL portfolio. His expertise and experience provide a solid foundation for his new role as asset-based lending team portfolio manager.

“Bruce’s deep industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail and client-focused approach have made him an outstanding contributor to Republic’s success,” Begley said. “Our borrowers know and trust Bruce to help them achieve their goals. We are confident that the ABL portfolio will continue to flourish under his leadership.”

“Asset-based lending is a practical solution that continues to redefine how businesses access working capital,” Sarver said. “I am honored to manage the portfolio of this dynamic division. Republic prides itself on innovation and partnership, and I look forward to advancing that mission within our asset-based lending portfolio.”
