Regions Bank Takes Home 13 Greenwich Awards for Middle Market, Small Business Banking

Regions Bank received 13 Greenwich Awards for 2019 performance in middle market banking and small business/business banking.

In the middle market banking categories, Regions Bank won awards for best brand – ease of doing business and cash management – customer service.

In the small business/business banking categories, Regions Bank won awards for best brand – ease of doing business, best brand – trust, cash management – customer service, cash management – digital product capabilities, cash management – overall satisfaction, cash management – product capabilities, likelihood to recommend, overall branch satisfaction, overall satisfaction, overall satisfaction with relationship manager and relationship manager proactively provides advices.

“We are pleased that Greenwich Associates and our clients continue to recognize Regions as a bank that is committed to delivering exceptional service, both in person and through our digital channels,” Ronnie Smith, senior executive vice president and head of the Regions Corporate Banking Group, said. “Our relationship managers are dedicated to understanding our clients’ business objectives and offering customized, tech-enabled banking solutions to help them save time, improve efficiency and grow their companies.”

Greenwich Excellence and Best Brand Awards are based on feedback from thousands of middle market and small businesses that rated their bank in various categories, including customer service, product capabilities and likelihood to recommend.

“This recognition demonstrates that our investment in technology innovation and ongoing efforts to improve our cash management solutions are resonating with clients,” Marc Mullins, head of Regions Treasury Management Services, said. “Over the past year, we have introduced several enhancements to Regions iTreasury, our commercial online banking platform which services over 15,000 businesses. For example, based on feedback from our clients, we have simplified workflow and reporting capabilities and enhanced security controls. With the ability to execute regular iTreasury system updates, we are able to adapt quickly to meet our clients’ ongoing needs.”
