Investment-as-a-service global asset allocation platform Hi2 Global entered into a partnership with Percent, a financial technology company focused on the private credit markets, to reshape the landscape of private credit transactions.
The collaboration between the two companies will focus on deploying Percent’s core infrastructure to streamline the sourcing, structuring, syndication, surveillance and servicing of private credit transactions.
