Post Road Equipment Finance Grows Operations Team With Two Additions

The additions of a seasoned industry veteran and a rising talent signal Post Road’s continued investment in scaling operational excellence.

Westport, CT – April 29, 2025 – Post Road Equipment Finance (“PREF”, formerly known as Encina Equipment Finance) is pleased to announce Jamie Herron has joined its Operations team as Senior Vice President, and Maeve Jordan has joined as Operations Analyst, both reporting to James Giaquinto, Post Road’s Senior Managing Director of Operations.

In her new role, Herron will be responsible for key operations functions related to the processing of new commercial lease and loan transactions, as well as mentoring and leading Operations team members in the documentation, closing, funding and booking processes.

Herron brings over 30 years of experience in equipment finance to Post Road. Most recently, she worked at Crossroads Equipment Lease and Finance as Documentation and Closing Manager where she led a department responsible for processing transportation equipment financing transactions. Herron spent 25 years in various roles within GE Capital Corporation including Integration and Simplification Leader and Operations Team Leader and five years with Wells Fargo Equipment Finance, where she served as Lending Operations Manager.

Maeve Jordan’s role as Operations Analyst will be focused on supporting key operations functions including accounts receivable processing, maintaining perfected security interests, insurance compliance, as well as assisting with the document custody process. Jordan is a recent graduate of Pace University where she received a Business Management, Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
