Portage Point Partners has added Jeff Gasbarra, Alyssa Lozynski, Joseph Shannon and Charles Wiltgen to its restructuring practice.
Gasbarra brings more than 10 years of operational, financial and strategic expertise, advising both distressed and healthy businesses through performance improvement and transformational change. He joins Portage Point from AlixPartners where he advised clients both in interim management roles and as a financial advisor. Prior to AlixPartners, he worked at Development Specialists and FTI Consulting.
Lozynski joins from Alvarez & Marsal’s Transaction Advisory Group where she provided financial due diligence support for private equity and strategic parties during the pre-close diligence stages. Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, she was a senior associate at Deloitte & Touche within the M&A Transaction Services Group.
