ATPCO, the data platform for airline industry pricing and shopping data, acquired Routehappy, the airline industry’s content provider for flight shopping. The acquisition enhances ATPCO’s distribution ecosystem by making its centralized platform an outlet for airfare data and rich quality content. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Outcome Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to ATPCO for the acquisition of Routehappy and acted as placement agent for ATPCO in the arrangement of a credit facility with PNC.
