Plante Moran, a global accounting, tax, consulting and wealth management firm, is spending its fifth consecutive year on People magazine’s list of “100 Companies that Care.” The firm ranked No. 13 for 2026.

“Being recognized on the ‘Companies that Care’ list for the fifth year in a row speaks to who we are as an organization and what we value most,” Jason Drake, managing partner of Plante Moran, said. “For more than a century, we’ve worked to build a firm where people feel supported, connected and inspired — and where caring for one another and our communities is central to everything we do.”

By fostering an environment built on care, connection and purpose, Plante Moran creates a workplace where people feel valued, supported and inspired to make a meaningful impact.

The firm’s commitment to caring extends beyond the workplace through initiatives such as Plante Moran Cares (PM Cares), which supports volunteerism and community engagement. By encouraging staff to give their time, talents and resources to causes they care about, Plante Moran helps strengthen the communities where its people live and work.

“Our approach to care is intentional and continuous,” Drake said. “We are committed to creating an environment where our people can grow, contribute and succeed — both professionally and personally. We want it to be not only a rewarding place to build a career, but also a place where people are proud to belong. When our people thrive, so does our work, our clients and the communities we serve.”
