In this role, Richards will lead The Private Bank’s wealth management strategy in Lubbock. During his five-year tenure there, he held several leadership roles, including vice president of corporate trust, and specialized in corporate trust and wealth management. Prior to that, he practiced as a tax and estate planning attorney at Neil Deininger.

Richards earned a bachelor of business administration, magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business.
