PlainsCapital Bank promoted Shelly Chambers to wealth management market manager for the Fort Worth region of The Private Bank at PlainsCapital.

Chambers joined The Private Bank in 2023 as senior vice president, senior wealth administrator and has more than 30 years of financial services experience in Texas. In her expanded role, she will lead a team of administrators and staff serving high-net-worth and Private Bank clients.

She will continue to oversee wealth management, trust and estate administration for individuals, foundations, endowments and organizations. Chambers focuses on delivering tailored fiduciary services—including financial and retirement planning, investment management, estate planning and real estate and mineral management—to clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and beyond.

“Shelly has been an incredible asset to our team since day one,” Keith Miller, executive vice president and chief fiduciary officer of The Private Bank at PlainsCapital, said. “This new role is a natural next step and speaks to her deep knowledge of trust and estate work and the strong relationships she’s built with clients and colleagues.”

Chambers is an active member of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association and the Tarrant County Bar Association’s business, tax and estates division. She received her bachelor’s degree from Sewanee: The University of the South and her MBA from Southern Methodist University.
