Oxford Finance, a specialty finance firm, closed an asset-based lending facility for Serena & Lily, a home furnishings and lifestyle brand. The facility refinances the company’s existing credit facility and provides additional capital to support strategic growth initiatives, including the continued expansion of its design shop footprint across the United States.

“We are excited to partner with Serena & Lily and support the company through its next phase of growth,” Nick McDearis, managing director at Oxford Finance, said. “Serena & Lily has established a differentiated position within the premium home furnishings market through its strong brand, loyal customer base and attractive growth opportunities. This financing solution provides the flexibility and liquidity needed to execute on the company’s strategic initiatives, and we look forward to supporting management as they continue to build on the brand’s success.”

Keith Lefaiver, chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Serena & Lily, added, “Oxford was a thoughtful and solutions-oriented financing partner throughout the process. The Oxford team took the time to understand our business and strategic objectives and delivered a financing solution tailored to our needs. We are excited to partner with Oxford as we continue to grow our brand, expand our reach and serve customers through our distinctive product offerings and design-focused shopping experience.”
