Oxford Commercial Finance, a subsidiary of Oxford Bank specializing in financing solutions for small to mid-sized businesses, hired Bill Kirth as a vice president and business development officer. He is based in Salt Lake City.

Kirth has 35 years of experience in traditional banking, auditing, bank compliance, asset-based lending, factoring, mezzanine financing, entrepreneurship and private equity. He serves on the board of VentureCapital.org’s Utah chapter and the Association for Corporate Growth’s Utah chapter as a founder.
