With more than 30 years of asset-based lending expertise, Ogus is an experienced leader in helping middle-market companies secure flexible financing solutions to manage growth, acquisitions, refinancing and turnaround situations. Ogus works with companies across diverse industries, from traditional manufacturing and distribution to technology and venture-backed enterprises, providing customized lending solutions that address complex financial needs and support strategic objectives.
Ogus holds a master of business administration from Baruch College, City University of New York. He demonstrates his commitment to community service through his board membership with Solutions for Change, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness one family at a time. Based in San Diego County, Ogus serves clients across the western United States.
