NXT Capital has closed a senior credit facility to support L Squared Capital Partners’ acquisition and recapitalization of Netrio, a Texas-based provider of managed IT services.
The financing package will help L Squared integrate Netrio into its portfolio while supporting the company’s continued growth. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition aligns with L Squared’s strategy of expanding its technology services platform through strategic add-ons.
