North Mill Capital promoted Jennifer Borg from vice president to senior vice president.

Borg has been with the company since 2001. She is currently a senior portfolio manager in the Minneapolis office. She manages a portfolio of ABL and invoiced based accounts and oversees our invoiced based collection team.

She is instrumental in performing searches and drafting documentation for new and existing invoice based financing credit facilities.

“Working with Jennifer over these last 19 years has been a pleasure,” said Rochelle Hilson, SVP and COO of IBF. “She is an integral part of our team and plays an essential role in the legal and underwriting process.”
